Q. Can I buy just the vines to shape and decorate myself?
A. Yes, you can buy just the vines to shape and decorate yourself by calling 1-618-513-9009 and telling us the total length (in yards or feet) you would like.

A. All of our products are hand crafted by residents of Illinois.
Q. I make craft items also, can I sell them through your site?
A. You can sell your craft items through our site as long as they meet the specific guidelines that we have established. A few of the guidelines are: all craft items must be hand crafted by residents of the state of Illinois; all craft items must be high quality at a reasonable price; etc. Call to discuss adding your products with our quality control department or email us at qualitycontrol@twooaksvineyard.com.
Q. What type of wax do you use in the candles?
A. We use the finest quality of container wax available in our candles. It is a low burn wax so your candles burn longer than most others. It is a soft, creamy consistency so the scent molecules attach throughout the melting process creating a stronger scent that remains throughout the candle. The soft wax also allows the dye molecules to attach better so your candle will not fade over time. When you purchase a Two Oaks Vineyard candle we guarantee that it will burn to the bottom leaving no wax buildup on the container, and maintain its aroma throughout the candle or we will refund your money. Q. Why does my container turn black at the top?
A. Your container will turn black at the top for various reasons. If you do not trim your wick to approximately 1/4" before lighting, or if you burn your candle for too long of a period of time the wick will produce a large black clump causing the black (carbon) on your containers. To make sure this does not happen to your candles, trim the wick before lighting and do not burn your candle for longer periods of time than recommended.
Q. What is the best way to trim a wick?
A. You can use small scissors, or a nail clipper. Make sure that you remove all trimmings from the jar.
Q. What is the best way to extinguish the flame?
A. The best way to extinguish the flame is with a "snuffer". Many times when you blow out a candle the melted wax will splatter onto your furniture surface. When positioning a snuffer over the flame you trap the oxygen causing the flame to go out.
Q. Can I leave my candle jar open without losing the scent of the candle?
A. Yes, you can leave our Two Oaks Vineyard candles open without losing the scent of the candle. They will act as an air freshener and you will reap the benefit of the scent long before you light your candle.
